Supreme Court denying Sotomura' s petition for a writ of certiorari and advises that due consideration of the Court' s ruling must be given in cases of rezoning or development of beach front properties. Submits for information a report from the Bishop Museum, Department of Anthropology, confirming the nonexistence of any significant sites of historical or archaeological value.
