ment and Legislative Committee which were considered at its meeting of
April 1, 1975 :

£c - NO. 508. 1: AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE 614 - KAMEHAMEHA DEVELOPMENT
(Bill 118) CORPORATION/B. P. BISHOP ESTATE
From Planning Commission Chairman Arthur W. Martin dated
March 12 , 1975 , recommending deletion of Section 2 (b)
of Ordinance 614 regarding the Convention Hall and parking
lot.
Approve and recommend passage
of Bill 118 on first reading.
No. 752 . 1: CHANGE OF ZONE APPLICATION - JOHN MAHI
Copy of letter from Planning Director Raymond Suefuji
to John Mahi dated March 13 , 1975 , advising of
Condition A of Ordinance 26 granted on April 29 , 1974,
which stated that "The applicant, John Mahi , submit and
• secure tentative approval of the proposed subdivision
within one year of the date of approval of the zone change"
and that unless a response is received by April 29, 1975 ,
the Planning Department shall assume that he has no
intention of fulfilling his public representations or
complying with the conditions as set forth in the change
of zone request, consequently action may be taken to
rezone the subject area back to its original designation.

No. 754. 1: CHANGE OF ZONE APPLICATION - HAROLD BLICK
Copy of letter from Planning Director Raymond Suefuji to
Harold Blick dated March 19 , 1975 , informing Department
is still reviewing contour maps and advising of
Condition B of Ordinance 28 granted on April 29 , 1974,
which stated that the applicant submit and secure
tentative approval of the first increment of the pro-
posed subdivision within one year from the date of
approval of the change of zone and since the Planning
Department has partially contributed to the delay, an
extension time until August 29 , 1975 , is granted to enable
Mr. Blick to meet the conditional zoning requirement.

No. 756. 1: CHANGE OF ZONE APPLICATION - HUBERT RICHARDS
Copy of letter from Planning Director Raymond Suefuji to
Hubert Richards dated March 13 , 19 75 , informing of
Condition 1 in Ordinance 30., which stated that "The owner
or lessee of the subject area submit a subdivision plan
for preliminary approval no later than one year from the
date of County Council approval of the subject request"
shall expire on April 29 , 1975 , and if no word is
received by that date the Planning Department shall assume
Mr. Richards has no intention of fulfilling his public
representations or complying with the conditions as set
forth in the application, consequently action may be
taken to rezone the subject area back to its original
designation.

of Ordinance 74 for consideration and favorable action.
Approve and recommend passage
of Bill 117 on first reading.

From Bob Krauss dated March 12, 1975 , thanking for letter
and informing there are now some 200 members and the
number is growing rapidly.

of Bill 114 on first reading.

February 26 , 1975 , recommending for approval bill to
change district classification from Open (0) zone to
Single Family Residential (RS-20 ) zone at Ninole, Kau.
Approve and recommend passage
of Bill 115 on first reading.

(Bill 116) From Planning Commission Chairman Arthur W. Martin dated
February 26 , 1975 , recommending for approval bill to
change district classification from Single Family
Residential (RS-15 ) zone to Neighborhood Commercial
(CN-10) zone at Pueke, North Kohala.
