Reiterates their stand that a commission of competent persons who are knowledgeable in ecological, construction, and public relations matters be constituted as soon as possible to develop a master plan for all of Mauna Kea's summit above existing pasture lands. Ouye, President, Hakalau Recreational Council and Hilo Coast Little League, dated March 4, 1975, informing that he has requested the Big Island legislators for appropriations for the following projects : Hakalau Veteran's Stadium improvements, Wailea-Hakalau resurfacing of roads, enlargements and improvements at Kolekole Park, study of purchase of Hakalau Mill areas for a park, and study of the Onomea Arch areas , and hopes that the Mayor and Council will give some consideration toward realizing these requests. ORDINANCE Bill 125 : REZONING - KONA SCENIC LAND, INC. Amends Section 7.03, the South Kona Zone Map, Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) , Article 2, Hawaii County Code, as amended, by changing the district classification from Multiple Family Residential (RM-2) and Single Family Residential (RS-10) to Village Commercial (CV-7.5) at Halekii, S.
