RESOLUTIONS
�No. 424 : EXEMPTION FROM PROVISIONS OF THE FEDERAL FAIR LABOR STANDARDS
ACT - PRECINCT OFFICIALS
Requesting the Hawaii Congressional Delegation to initiate
legislation to exempt certain State and County employees
while acting as precinct officials from the provisions of
the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act.
Approve and recommend adoption.
No. 425 : FREE POSTAGE FOR ABSENTEE VOTING PURPOSES
Requesting the Hawaii Congressional Delegation to initiate
legislation to the Congress to grant free postage for absentee
voting purposes .
