Approve and recommend passage of Bill 140 on first reading. No. 1138.9 : SENIOR CITIZEN STANDBY FARES From U. S. Senator Daniel K. (Oppose: Mr. Levin) e_ No. 1387: HAWAII HOUSING AUTHORITY - REAFFIRMATION OF COMMITMENT From Mayor Matayoshi dated June 26, 1975 recommending early and favorable approval of Hawaii Housing Authority' s request to reaffirm the County' s commitment under the Cooperation Agreement for the Lanakila - HA 1-4 public housing project in Hilo. Accept recommendation. BILL �No. 6: PARK DEDICATION ORDINANCE (Amended) Relating to dedication of land for parks and playgrounds or the payment of money in lieu thereof, as a condition precedent to final approval of a subdivision. Refer to the Planning Director to further amend Bill 6, Park Dedication Code, under Art. 2 Sec. 1E; Art. 2 Sec. 8-A2; and Art. 3.
