(Bill 166) From Chief of Police Ernest J. Fergerstrom dated September 9,
1975, submitting a bill amending Chapter 3 , Regulations
Promoting the General Welfare, Hawaii County Code, by_.the
addition of a new article regarding Obnoxious Substances.
The purpose of the proposed ordinance is to control the
possession and sale of obnoxious substances; i.e. , tear
gar, Mace, etc. , which are potentially dangerous and can
cause serious and permanent injury if used improperly and/
or improper after treatment ef:persons being subjected to
these substances sought to be controlled.
Approve and recommend passage
of Bill 166 on first reading.

Bill 155 : REZONING REQUEST - JAMES KUWAYE
Ak.. (Comm. 1508) Amends Section 7.06, The North & South Kohala Districts
