Fergerstrom dated September 9, 1975, submitting a bill amending Chapter 3 , Regulations Promoting the General Welfare, Hawaii County Code, by_.the addition of a new article regarding Obnoxious Substances. The purpose of the proposed ordinance is to control the possession and sale of obnoxious substances; i.e. , tear gar, Mace, etc. , which are potentially dangerous and can cause serious and permanent injury if used improperly and/ or improper after treatment ef:persons being subjected to these substances sought to be controlled. Approve and recommend passage of Bill 166 on first reading. ORDINANCES Bill 155 : REZONING REQUEST - JAMES KUWAYE Ak.. (Comm. 1508) Amends Section 7.06, The North & South Kohala Districts Zone Map, Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) , Article 2, Hawaii County Code, as amended, by changing the district classification from Agricultural (A-40a) to Single Family Residential (RS-15 ) at Ouli , South Koh ala. Approve and recommend adoption on second and final reading. (Oppose: Mr. Levin) Bill 157: REZONING REQUEST - MASATARO NAGATA/X4IROSHI BABA Ac,, (Comm. 1521) Amends Section 7. 29, The City of Hilo Zone Map, Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) , Article 2, Hawaii County Code, as amended, by changing the district classification from Agricultural (A-3a) to Agricultural (A-la) at Waiakea Homesteads, South Hilo. Approve and recommend adoption on second and final reading. (Oppose: Mr. Levin) 11/ PRDLC-58 - 7 - September 16, 1975 Bill 158 : REZONING REQUEST - HISASHI FUJIYAMA ,&s (Comm. 1522) Amends Section 7. 29, The City of Hilo Zone Map, Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) , Article 2, Hawaii County Code, as amended, by deleting a proposed 6-foot roadway designated in the City of Hilo Zone Map, Waiakea, South Hilo.
