Copy of letter to Senate President John T. Ushijima from
Attorney Edward C. Kemper dated February 4, 1976, requesting
that because the long standing problems surrounding the
rights and tenure questions on the makai strip in the
Milolii-Hoopuloa area of South Kona grows more critical,
that Senate Bil1-�,1271, S. D. 1, will be placed on the
caucuses ' list as priority legislation for this session.
