From Robert J. Santos, Chairman, Highway Safety Council,
dated April 8, 1974, recommending amendments to the
Traffic Code on the following:
1. "No Parking" zone on the makai side of Puueo Street.
2. Time limit change for parking meters on Kalakaua Street
between Kinoole and Keawe Streets from 36 minutes to
60 minutes.
Accept recommendation and refer
to the Corporation Counsel to
prepare the proper amendments.

From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated April 11, 1974,
submitting the Hawaii County Transportation Commission's
action which affects certain bus services authorized
under the Mayor's emergency powers during the fuel crisis.
Approve and ratify the actions of the
