No. 588.2: COUNTY LIABILITY IN STREET CROSSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

From Katsuya Yamada, Deputy Corporation Counsel, dated
April 19, 1974, submitting an opinion on the liability
of the County for the negligent or tortious acts of
those who are hired as adult guards to help children
cross streets at major intersections near schools.

No. 777: H.R. 390 - FREE BUS PASSES FOR DISABLED VETERANS
From George M. Takane, Clerk, House of Representatives,
dated April 3, 1974, transmitting a copy of House
Resolution No. 390 requesting free bus passes for
disabled veterans.

40-No. 796: CARRYING OF WEAPONS - RULES AND REGULATIONS
