The following are the recommendations of the Agriculture and
Visitor Industry Committee which were considered at its meeting of
March 13, 1973 :

HB 898: . RADIATION AND MULTIPLE-USE FACILITY FOR AGRICULTURAL
k.8, t-167) AND HORTICULTURAL PRODUCTS AT HILO, HAWAII. (Roehrig) • '
Appropriates $50, 000 for designing and planning of a
radiation and multiple-use facility to assemble,
package, treat, inspect, process and store fruits,
flowers, plant materials, foliage and vegetables for
export by air from Hilo, Hawaii.
Recommend Council
support bill.
. .- Bill 977: SETBACK REQUIREMENTS - ZONING ORDINANCE
An Ordinance amending section 13-F of Ordinance No. 63
(Zoning Ordinance) , Revised Ordinances of the County
of Hawaii 1967, as amended, to aid agricultural pursuits
in the raising of tomatoes and other fruit and vegetable
