k,,,,�,2_ No. 361: LIQUOR COMMISSION - AMENDMENTS TO RULES & REGULATIONS
From Gary Aganus , Chairman, Liquor Commission, dated
July 2, 1973, submitting for approval amendments to
the Rules and Regulations of the Hawaii Liquor
Commission adopted on June 4, 1973. The three major
amendments are the changes in the hours of sale, a
new section on wholesale price postings , and a new
section on the attire and conduct of licensees ,
entertainers, employees and other persons within a
licensed premises.
Approve of the amendments to
the Rules and Regulations of
the Hawaii Liquor Commission.
No. 401: 1973 LEGISLATIVE REAPPORTIONMENT PLAN
From Yukio Naito, Chairman, Legislative Reapportionment
Commission, dated July 20, 1973, transmitting a copy
of the commission's report to the Lieutenant Governor
and a copy of the reapportionment plan.
