AND COLLECTION
From Senator Percy K. Mirikitani dated MarcWl, 1974,
transmitting a short form bill (S.B. 1818-74) which author-
izes the counties to assess and collect real property taxes.
If Hawaii County is interested in this matter, asks that
necessary steps be taken to get this bill passed.

March 6, 1974, submitting for adoption a bill for an
ordinance relating to issuance of supoenas by
prosecutors.

of Bill No. 30 on first reading
and refer to the Charter Review
Committee to pursue a change in
the Charter supportive of this
