transmitting the presentation by Dorothea Carvalho at
the Council 's February 21 meeting:
Recommend the following:
Item (3 ) - Kaimu Beach
Receive and file.
Item (4) - Sand Dunes at Honolulu Landing

Refer to the administration to
investigate the allegation of the
removal of sand from the Honolulu
Landing Sand Hill. If found to
be true, request that Ordinance 36$
be enforced .
No . 165 : STATE HISTORICAL PROJECTS
From Sunao Kido, Chairman and Member, Board of Land
and Natural Resources, dated February 20, 1973, trans-
mitting for information and perusal, a copy of the
National Advisory Council's Suggested Guidelines for
State Historic Preservation Legislation. Informs of
the status of the North Kohala project and other major
historical projects which the State has underway on
Hawaii .
