The following are the recommendations of the Social and
Cultural Development Committee which were considered at its meeting
of June 14, 1973 :
COMMUNICATION
No . 321: SISTER CITY OF LEGAZPI
From Gregorio S. Imperial, Mayor, City of Legazpi,
Republic of the Philippines, dated May 9, 1973 ,
soliciting comments and recommendations on the
Planning Program Proposal for their city which
will be followed later with a Program Design and
Work Program. This program proposal is being
prepared in view of the recent selection of
Legazpi City as the Regional Center of Region V,
one of the eleven regions composing the entire
Philippine Islands :
Recommend that a copy of the
General Plan of the County of 0
• Hawaii be sent to the Mayor of
the City of Legazpi .
Refer Communication 321 to the
administration and request
comments and recommendations on
their Planning Program Proposal.
