The following are the recommendations of the Social and Cultural
Development Committee which were considered at its meeting of March 29,
1974:
COMMUNICATIONS
to . 694: PURCHASE AWARD AT EASTER ART FESTIVAL

Crafts, dated February 20, 1974, requesting that the
County consider making a purchase award at their
Easter Art Festival to be held March 30 through
April 20, 1974 at the Wailoa Cultural Center:
