cultural park at Honokohau, North Kona, as a unit of the
National Park System:

Advisory Committee on the "People' s Open
Market" dated May 28, 1974, proposing the
establishment of a marketplace in Hilo and
submits recommendations and assessment of
the requirements needed to undertake the
program.
Defer Action on Comm. 735. 2 and
that the Council Chairman call a
public meeting of all interested
and concerned parties prior to the
next Council meeting so that action
can be taken at the next Council
meeting on this proposal.
