The following are the recommendations of the Public Works
and Legislative Committees which were considered at its meeting
of February 15, 1973:
COMMUNICATIONS
Ate_ No. 53: HOUSING CODE
From Chief Engineer dated December 19, 1972 ,
transmitting for consideration and adoption,
a bill for a proposed Housing Code Ordinance
to replace Ordinance No. 94, The adoption of
the ordinance is necessary to comply with the
requirements of the Workable Program.
Approve and recommend passage
of Bill 956 on first reading.
ALC- No. 79: ELECTRICAL CODE
From Chief Engineer dated January 10, 1973,
transmitting for consideration and adoption,
a bill for an ordinance to be known as the
Electrical Code. The proposed ordinance replaces
Ordinance 59 and has been reviewed and approved
by the Corporation Counsel' s Office.
Approve and recommend passage
of Bill 959 on first reading.
