and Development and Public Works Committees which were considered at
its meeting of June 27, 1973 :

No. 39 : SIGN VARIANCE REQUEST ® DISCOVERY HARBOUR
From Hajime Tanaka, JHK Tanaka, Inc. , dated December 18,
1972, requesting a variance for the installation of
two directional signs at the intersection of the Hawaii
Belt Road and Kamaoa Road, on private property, at
• Waiohinu.
e- 39.1 : From Chief Engineer dated February 16, 1973, concurring
with the recommendation of the Planning Department to
grant a variance providing only one sign is constructed
and the sign is limited to six square feet, the maximum
size for a ground sign in a residential zoned district.
