From Takashi Matsui, Chairman, Ad Hoc Committee on
Fireworks Ordinance, Unit #6, Hawaii Division, HGEA,'
dated November. 9, 1973, informing that they are
strongly in favor of the passage of Bill 5, as revised,
on second reading.
Recommend the adoption of amended
Bill 5 on second and final reading.
e- No. 132.25 : BILL NO. 12 (AMENDED) , AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO
FLUORIDATION OF WATER SUPPLIES IN THE COUNTY OF
HAWAII
From Clifford H. F. Lum, Corporation Counsel, dated
November 8, 1973, informing that for purposes of
language in the ordinance, they have taken the
liberty of amending the phrase "at least" to "a
minimum of, " and hopes that the Council will accept
the recommended language.

(Bill 11) Recommends the filing of Bill 11, an ordinance relating
to fluoridation of water supplies in the County of Hawaii .
