Recommend the adoption of amended Bill 5 on second and final reading. e- No. 132.25 : BILL NO. 12 (AMENDED) , AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO FLUORIDATION OF WATER SUPPLIES IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII From Clifford H.
