ORDINANCE
0 Bill 1002: QUALITY GROWTH POLICY FOR VISITOR INDUSTRY
(C-324.8) Amends Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordinance) , as
amended, amending regulations for the use of land
and structures within each of the various districts,
specifying procedures for the administration and
enforcement thereof.

Recommend adoption of Bill 1002
as amended on second and final reading
subject to the public hearing to be
conducted by the Planning Commission.

Amends Ordinance No. 63 (Zoning Ordinance) , as
amended, amending regulations for the use of
land and structures within each of the various
districts , specifying procedures for the
administration and enforcement thereof.
Refer Bill 1002, as amended, to
the Planning Commission for consi-
deration and recommendation prior
to second and final reading by the
Council.
