Receive and file. lv ORDINANCE • Bill 1002: QUALITY GROWTH POLICY FOR VISITOR INDUSTRY (Bill 1002) (As Amended) Amends Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) , amending regulations for the use of land and structures within each of the various districts, specifying procedures for the administration and enforcement thereof. (Intr. by: Mr. Fujii ) • Recommend adoption of Bill 1002, as' amended, on second and final reading and that the guidelines that they have developed will emerge as an ordinance instead of as rules and regulations of the Bill.
