The following are the recommendations of the Agriculture and Visitor
Industry and Planning, Research and Development Committees which were
considered at its meeting of April 15, 1974:

From Arthur W. Prartip, Chairman, Planning Commission,
dated February 22, 1974, recommending for approval
.Bill 1002, subject to the condition that the guidelines
required to be developed by the Planning Director per.
• Section H2-b(4) be adopted as rules and• regulations by
the Planning Commission.

(As Amended) Amends Chapter 8 (Zoning Code) , amending regulations for
the use of land and structures within each of the various
districts, specifying procedures for the administration
and enforcement thereof.

Recommend adoption of Bill 1002,
as' amended, on second and final reading
and that the guidelines that they have
developed will emerge as an ordinance
instead of as rules and regulations
of the Bill.
