With agriculture recently addressed, I <br /> respectfully request an hour of time to have a presentation on energy and water be heard on the <br /> March 21, 2017 meeting. <br /> The presentation entitled "Paniolo Power" would be provided by Mr. Jose Dizon; a highly <br /> experienced and educated energy expert.
