Subject: A Resolution Transferring Council District 5 Contingency Relief Funds to the Big
Island Resource Conservation and Development Council for the Malama `Ohi`a
Project
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to the Big Island Resource Conservation and
Development Council (BIRCD) to assist with expenses related to the Malama `Ohi`a project.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$5,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
