W. Glover, Ltd. ' s bid of $122,768.50 and direct the Chief Engineer to prepare a corrected map and preliminary assessment roll. Further recommends that the necessary funds for the improvement be advanced to be reimbursed upon sale of bond, in order to avoid a long period of delay: Recommends adoption of Resolu- tion No. 188 and accept the recommendation that necessary funds .for the improvement be advanced. • REC OMMEN DAT ION No. 1: Administration indicate to the Department of Education the County' s concern with the traffic congestion at Hilo High, Hilo Intermediate and Hilo Union Schools.
