Upon approval of the documents requests that the parking easement documents be forwarded to the Mayor for execution, subject to the approval of Dr. Kent H. Nakamaru: Recommends: 1) Adoption of Resolution No. 197 2) Approval of the parking easement document and execution of the documents SV' by the Mayor. 4No . 668: Legislative Auditor At/ Submits a report on the operations of the Hawaii County Pound and a review of all correspondences and responses regarding the proposed leash law for the County of Hawaii: Recommends the passage of the dog leash law (Ordinance Bill No . 581) for the City of Hilo on first reading and that a public hearing be held before the second and final reading. Auerback of Bishop Estate offering to exchange lands with the County for the Keauhou tank site.
