Recommends approval of the terms of acquisition of
a portion of TMK: 2-2-54 :40 (13$ sq. ft . ) needed

drywell sump at the above intersection, for the total
sum of $172 .50:

Re : Waimea Road Improvement Project
Requests the Council 's approval to authorize funds
of -$10,000 for the extra work for the installation
of waterline under the Waimea Road before the improve-
ment to the road surface is completed . The State will
reimburse the County as soon as funds under Act 155,
SLH 1969, is released :
Recommends approval to
authorize funds of $13, 840
(10, 000 for the installation
of waterline and $3, $40 for
the installation of gutters) .

Waterline Within Government Right-of-Way
Recommends approval of the subject request, subject
