(Mr. Yamada declared a possible conflict of interest . ) 111 411 PWC-2$ - 4 - March 6, 1970 No . 749 : Director of Finance Re : Waimea Road Improvement Project Requests the Council 's approval to authorize funds of -$10,000 for the extra work for the installation of waterline under the Waimea Road before the improve- ment to the road surface is completed . The State will reimburse the County as soon as funds under Act 155, SLH 1969, is released : Recommends approval to authorize funds of $13, 840 (10, 000 for the installation of waterline and $3, $40 for the installation of gutters) . No . 757 : Chief Engineer Re : Request of Mr. Clement Borges to Install Private Waterline Within Government Right-of-Way Recommends approval of the subject request, subject to the conditions as stated : Accept recommendation. 4,v 5n-ii . F-011-2 (9) Transmits for the Council's approval Bill No . 696 to establish a temporary 35 mph speed limit for the Keaau-Hilo inbound lane for the duration of the construction period of the subject project for the safety of the motorists as well as the construction workers : Recommends passage of Bill No . 696 on first reading.
