The present assessment rate is set at $0.04/sq. ft . of the specially benefited land. . • 2. that the sewer improvement assessment rates be reviewed every two years: $27 .1: Chief Engineer submits for consideration, a proposed ordinance amending Section 1.2 (Sanitary Sewerage System) of Ordinance No . 350 which was prepared by the Corporation Counsel's Office .- Proposes that the following rates be provided for by ordinance: • Residential, agricultural, parks 0.0$/sq. ft . Commercial and industrial 0.10/sq. ft . Hotel, apartment 0.12/sq. ft . , e 0-827.2: Chief Engineer proposes the following revised rates: a. Agricultural, parks 0.06/sq. ft . b. Residential 0.0$/sq. ft . c . Commercial and industrial 0.10/sq. ft . d . Hotel, apartment 0.12/sq. ft . No . 888.2: ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE AND OPERATION OF GOLF CARTS AND GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE VEHICLES UPON PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY Assistant Corporation Counsel transmits for consideration and adoption, a proposed bill (No . 784) for an ordinance on the above matter: ,ac0 -888.3 : Assistant Corporation Counsel submits for consideration as requested, suggested revisions to Section 3 . (b) and (d) of Bill 784: Accept suggested revisions to be incorporated in the bill and recommend passage of revised Bill No . 784 on first reading. Cascade and the County of Hawaii : Approve sewer and water easement agreements between Boise Cascade and the County of Hawaii. (7 -No. 1395 : CANCELLATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 182 HOSPITAL SITE, WAIOHINU, KAU . Chief Engineer requests Council action to authorize the Department of Public Works to request the State for cancellation of Executive Order No. 182 (Hospital Site, 8.26 acres) for the intended use and to have it later re-issued for use as a flood control channel and flood water disposal area upon determination of the size and area requirements : Approve request of Chief Engineer. PWC-55 - 4 - April 30, 1971 A,-6- No. 1396: REQUEST FOR STREET LIGHT - SUNSET SUBDIVISION DRIVE KUAKINI HIGHWAY, KONA Councilman De Luz recommends favorable consideration of the request received from Mrs. Barbara Okita representing some of the residents of Kailua, Kona, for the installation of a street light on pole No. 430 to the entrance of Sunset Drive on Kuakini Highway: Refer to the Chief Engineer for consideration. 0-/394.1/3.6')C-57> - No . 139$: IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 5, KISHI SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 7, KIMO PLACE ROAD Director of Finance informs that they have sufficient funds to redeem bonds for the above improvement districts and requests adoption of attached Resolution No . 350 to authorize him to call for payment of these bonds, in accordance with Section 5 .5 of Ordinance 350: Approve and recommend adoption of Resolution 350.
