From Governor George R. Ariyoshi dated March 30, 1977
acknowledging receipt of Resolution 26 and informs he
has asked the University of Hawaii to provide an
analysis of the capital improvement situation. Assures
he will carefully assess the information submitted and
give every consideration to seeing that the College of
Tropical Agriculture is in a competitive position for
available Federal funds .
