AGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS
From Senator Francis A. Wong dated April 12, 1977 ,
transmitting copy of Senate Resolution No. 259 ,
requesting the Hawaii County Department of Water
Supply to reduce water rates for agricultural
producers .
