The following are the recommendations of the Committee on Agriculture
and Tourism which were considered at its meeting of December 14, 1977:
COMMUNICATIONS
/No. 394. 3 : THE PELE AWARDS IN ADVERTISING
From Mayor Herbert T. Matayoshi dated November 23 , 1977,
transmitting for the Council ' s perusal and return, the
book on Ad Infinitum IV, which is the Fourth Annual of
the Communicators for Commerce in Hawaii 1977.
Informs that the HIVIA trade advertising and direct
mail campaign received a Pele Award as the best Trade
Print of the year and that it also received one of
three Pele Awards given for outstanding photography.
