The following are the recommendations of the Committee on Finance which
were considered at its meeting of February 14, 1977 .
COMMUNICATIONS
/No. 17 : CLAIM - JUNICHI & SHIGEKO TAKAHASHI
From Claim Representative Robert Y. S. Chow,
Pacific Insurance Company, Ltd. , dated December 7,
1976, filing a claim for damages of $25.90 on behalf
of their clients, Junichi & Shigeko Takahashi.
Informs that on September 30, 1976, a County grass
cutter tractor while cutting grass in the vicinity
of 648 Piilani Street, caused damage to their insured' s
parked vehicle.
