Nakamae, dated July 12, 1977, submitting for favorable action an ordinance bill which authorizes, use of proceeds from the 1977 Series B' bond issue (to be sold July 21, 1977) for projects approved in Ordinance 289 , the capital budget for fiscal year 1977-78. Approve and recommend passage of Bill 323 on first reading. ka, d- No. 340. 1: PAYMENT OF LEGAL CONSULTANT FOR IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 11 (DISCOVERY HARBOR AND ADJACENT LANDS) From Deputy Corporation Counsel Alan M. Okamoto dated June 23, 1977, informing they are in receipt of a bill of $3, 138. 71 from Mr. Robert J. Hill for services rendered in connection with the June 1, 1977 public hearing on ad valorem assessment. Since the Council authorized payment not to exceed $3,000 (C-340/FC-10) , requests authorization to pay $138. 71 more to Mr. Hill for services rendered. Approve request. /No. 342. 1: CLAIM VICKI FELKER (C-1380) From Deputy Corporation Counsel Earl T. Nakasato dated July 6, 1977, transmitting for filing, a Release executed by claimant Vicki Felker. Informs settlement of Miss Felker' s court action (Civ. No. 4013, Felker vs. Poovey and County of Hawaii) was made in the amount of $10,000, of which $9,500 was the County' s share and $500 was paid by the co-defendant. Report No.® /5 File No -...... Nakamae dated July .12,, 1977, informingone of the fees that was. slated for increase in the budget was dog license fees and submits an. ordinance bill that proposes the following fee schedule: Sterilized dogs, $1.00; Unsterilized dogs, $3.00. A certificate 'from a veterinarian "licensed in the State must be presented as proof of. sterilization. ' Approve and recommend passage of Bill 324. on first reading. AL,,.
