'No. 441. 1 : DOG LICENSE FEES
From Councilman James L. K. Dahlberg dated August 4,
1977, submitting a communication from Ms. Maile Hart,
Manager of the Hawaii Island Humane Society regarding
proposals for consideration into Bill 324 and other
comments. While he basically concurs with her ideas,
proposes his thoughts on it for discussion purposes.
Refer proposals to Ad Hoc Animal
Control Advisory Commission for
consideration.
No. 461 : REFUND OF PERMIT FEES
(Bill 327) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae dated
July 28, 1977, submitting an amendment to Section 2.02,
Article 2, Chapter 2 of the Hawaii County Code, to
extend the time for applying for refund of permit
fees and to allow refunds of duplicate fees.
Approve and recommend passage of
Bill 327 on first reading.

From Governor George R. Ariyoshi dated July 18, 1977,
transmitting for information and consideration, a
copy of the annual report prepared by the Hawaii Public
Employment Relations Board in accordance with
