acknowledging receipt of the communication regarding
collective bargaining parameters and informs he will
give continuing serious consideration to the concerns
expressed in order to abide by the guidelines as
spelled out and, from time to time, may want to amend.

request of the Police Department, a bill for an
ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article 10, Section 8,
Hawaii County Code, relating to fees charged for
motor vehicle operators and licenses.
Approve and recommend passage of
Bill 329 on first reading.

RESOLUTION
No. 129 : COUNTY FUEL TAX
Fixes, determines, and sets the amount of the County
of Hawaii fuel tax to be levied and collected by the
Department of Taxation of the State of Hawaii, in
accordance with law, at five cents per gallon,
effective at the earliest possible date as provided
in Section 243-5, HRS.
