informing attention has been called to the fact that
construction equipment such as loaders and tractors are
not required to carry license plates as are other
vehicles and recommends that this matter be looked into :

June 19, 197$ recommending that amended Resolution 236,
adopted on March 1$, 1978, be repealed and the attached
resolution adopted in its place. Changes have been
underscored and is basically to clarify the language in
Resolution 236, as amended :
