Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
Comm. 854:' INSTALLMENT PURCHASE OF IBM MAG CARD II
(Res . 287) SELECTRIC TYPEWRITER
From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess dated
June 21, 1978, submitting a resolution authorizing
their office to enter into an installment contract
for the purchase of the IBM Mag Card II Selectric
typewriter;
recommends the Corporation Counsel' s office be authorized to
purchase an IBM Magnetic Card II Selectric typewriter or its
equivalent on an installment plan basis extending over 36 months ,
and that necessary funds be provided in the following two fiscal
years to cover the obligation of the County under the installment
purchase agreement to be entered into by the Mayor for the benefit
of the Corporation Counsel and the accompanying Resolution No. 287
be adopted by the Council to accomplish this purpose.
