Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
Comm. 862: LIQUOR COMMISSION - AMENDMENT TO RULES & REGULATIONS
From Hideo Kuniyoshi , Director of Department of
Liquor Control, dated July 19 , 1978, submitting
amendment to the Hawaii Liquor Commission' s rules
and regulations which would enable the commission
to require an audited financial statement if it
is of the opinion that the financial statement
submitted by an applicant is not full,ttrue and
correct.
recommends the Council approve the amendment to Section 1. 21 of the
rules and regulations adopted by the Hawaii Liquor Commission to
require an audited financial statement if the Commission is of the
opinion that: the financial statement submitted by an applicant is not
full, true and correct. -
