Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
Bill 412: Establishes the number and rates of compensation
(C-870) for all positions in departments , offices and
other agencies of the County of Hawaii under the
legislative control of the County Council, designa-
ting payroll periods , pay days , prescribing certain
requirements with respect to overtime, perquisites
and official fidelity bonds , and repealing Ordinance
330, and all amendments thereto; said ordinance
to be known as the Salary Ordinance of 1978.

recommends adoption of Bill 412 on second and final read*ng, establishing
the 1978 Salary Ordinance for the County of Hawaii.
