Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
/doe Comm. 340. 3 : SPECIAL COUNSEL - IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 11
DISCOVERY HARBOR AND ADJACENT LANDS
From Deputy Corporation Counsel Alan M. Okamoto
dated August 24, 1978, informing it has not
proven necessary to incur expenses in excess of
the $5 ,000 appropriated; however, still requests
authorization to expand the scope of the agreement
so that any future need for services can be
handled expeditiously upon the appropriation of
more funds.
In response to the Finance Committee ' s standing
request that it be kept informed of thestatus
of ID No. 11 , submits a brief summary of recent
events ;
recommends Council authorize the Corporation Counsel to expand the
scope of the agreement for special legal services in the adminis-
tration of County of Hawaii Improvement District No. 11.
