Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:

Adze- Comm. 905: HOLUALOA SCHOOL SALE OF WATER TANK
(Res. 309) From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae
dated August 15, 1978, authorizing the sale of
a water tank located at Holualoa School which
has been determined to be surplus and no longer
needed by the school;
recommends, in accordance with the provisions of Section 2 of
Ordinance No. 69, the Director of Finance be, authorized to dispose
of the water tank located at Holualoa School, Holualoa, Hawaii
(TMK: 7-6-04-02) by public auction inasmuch as the water tank is
surplus and no longer needed by the school.
Further recommends that the accompanying Resolution No. 309 be
adopted by the Council to accomplish this purpose.
