Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
"Comm. 908: PROPOSED CHAPTER 11, IMPROVEMENT BY ASSESSMENTS ,
OF HAWAII COUNTY CODE
From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess dated
August 23, 1978, submitting for review and
comment the proposed Chapter 11, Improvement
by Assessments, of the Hawaii County Code.
b08.1: From Deputy Corporation Counsel Alan M. Okamoto
dated August 29, 1978, informing that the
attached revised table of contents for Chapter: 11
conforms to the renumbering already made by their
office and should require no further changes to
the draft forwarded earlier.
. Axe,-- 908. 2: From Deputy Corporation Counsel dated August 31,
1978, submitting the summary of changes to be
made to Chapter 11;
recommends Council approve the proposed Chapter 11, Improvement
by Assessments , of the Hawaii County Code with revisions as submitted
by special counsel Barry Ponticelli and the Corporation Counsel 's
office.
