Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
4u- Comm. 926: ORDINANCE ON REFUNDS
(Bill 422) From Parks and Recreation Director Milton T. Hakoda,
dated September 14, 1978, submitting a proposal to
amend Article 3 , Chapter 2 of the Hawaii County
Code relating to refunds of fees, charges, permits
and deposits. Informs Ordinance 303, covering
refunds , does not cover the kinds of fees and
charges their department assesses; therefore,
requests enactment of an ordinance dealing directly
with parks and recreational facilities fees and
charges;
recommends Council receive and file the communication and approve
and adopt Bill 422, relating to refunds of fees, charges, permits
and deposits , on first reading.
