Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
AAA, Comm. 928: INSTALLMENT PURCHASE OF IBM MAG CARD I
(Res. 313 ) SELECTRIC TYPEWRITER
From Mayor Herbert T. Matayoshi dated September 19,-
1978, submitting a resolution authorizing the
Clerical Services Center to enter into an
installment contract for the purchase of an
IBM mag Card I Selectric Typewriter;
recommends the Clerical Services Center be authorized to purchase
an IBM Magnetic Card I Selectric Typewriter or its equivalent on an
installment plan basis extending over 24 months, and that necessary
funds be provided in the following two fiscal years to cover the
obligation of the County under the installment purchase agreement
to be entered into by the Mayor for the benefit of the Clerical
Services Center, and the accompanying Resolution 313 be adopted
by the Council tocaccomplish this purpose.
