From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess
dated July 14, 1978, recommending approve
supplemental payment to Mr. Stuart Oda,
substitute legal counsel for the Board of
Ethics, in the amount of $200;
recommends, pursuant to Section 5-2 .5 of the Hawaii County Charter,
approval of the supplemental payment in the amount of $200 to
Mr. Stuart Oda for legal services rendered to the Board of Ethics
regarding the Sameshima v. Yamashiro ethics complaint .
