Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :
Svc- Comm. 936 : SALE OF COTTAGES AT NAALEHU SCHOOL AND KAU
(Res. 317) HIGH & PAHALA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae
dated September 19, 197$ submitting for
favorable action, a resolution authorizing the
sale of three cottages located at Naalehu
School and Kau High & Pahala Elementary School;
recommends, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2, Article 9,
of the Hawaii County Code, the Director of Finance be authorized to
dispose of the buildings located at Naalehu School, Naalehu
(TMK: 9-5-09-06) , and Kau High & Pahala Elementary School, Kau
(TMK: 9-6-05-0$) , by public auction inasmuch as the cottages are
surplus and may be removed due to phasing out of teacher housing units.
Further recommends that the accompanying Resolution No . 317 be adopted
by the Council to accomplish this purpose .
