Act. Comm. 956 : APPROPRIATION OF STATE FUNDS
(Bill 429 ) ORGANIZED CRIME-SELECTED OFFENDER UNIT & CAREER
CRIMINAL PROSECUTION PROGRAM
From Director of Finance Stanley A. Nakamae , dated
October 11, 1978, requesting that action be taken
to appropriate State funds in the amount of 5156,052
for the purposes designated :
1. Organized Crime-Selected
Offender Unit $115,000
2. Career Criminal Prosecution
Program $ 41,052;
recommends Council receive and file the communication and approve and
adopt Bill 429 on first reading.
The purpose of the bill is to appropriate State funds received for the
Office of Prosecuting Attorney: Organized Crime - Selected Offender
Unit, $115,000; and Career Criminal Prosecution Program, $41,052.
