Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :
4cc Comm. 95$: PROPOSED CHAPTER 12, MINORS, OF HAWAII COUNTY CODE
From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess dated
October 5, 1978, submitting for review, proposed
Chapter 12, Minors, of the Hawaii County Code.
Informs memos were sent to the Department of Liquor
Control and Police outlining the changes proposed by
Mr. Ponticelli, as well as changes proposed by their
office; concurs with the changes suggested by the
Liquor Control; the Police Department has no comments;
recommends Council approve the proposed Chapter 12, Minors, of the
Hawaii County Code, with the revisions as recommended by the Corporation
Counsel's Office, special counsel Barry Ponticelli and the Director of
Liquor Control.
