Your Committee on Finance to which was referred:
Let Comm. 975: SALARY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
(Res. 333) DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS - BUREAU OF BUILDING
CONSTRUCTION AND INSPECTION
From Edward L. Silva, Director of Personnel Services,
dated October 23, 1978, submitting for adoption, a
resolution to amend the Salary Ordinance as a
result of a classification study completed by
their office, which was duly authorized by the
Department of Public Works and the Administrative
Review Committee in accordance with Section 4-5(c)
of the County Charter. The amendment is to
retitle the position of Parking Lot Attendant SR-8
to Parking Violations Clerk SR-8;
recommends Council approve the retitling of one position of Parking
Lot Attendant SR-8 to Parking Violations Clerk SR-8 and the
accompanying Resolution No. 333 be adopted to accomplish this purpose.
