Your Committee on Finance to which was referred :
Res. 33$: FINANCE COMMITTEE - EXPANSION OF SCOPE OF
FUNCTION
Expands the scope of function of the Committee
on Finance to incorporate the matters relating
to the functions, powers and duties associated
with the taxation of real property, as per
Amendment 16 to the Hawaii State Constititution,
and that the Clerk of the County of Hawaii
incorporate the additional functions into the
proper section of the present Rules of Procedure
of the Council of the County of Hawaii ;

recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution No . 33$.
