JOHN WALTER AH HEE ON BEHALF OF THEIR MINOR SON, ALLEN JAMES AH HEE From Assistant Corporation Counsel Roxanna Garcia dated December 27, 197$ requesting the Finance Committee to go into executive session at their .January 10th meeting to discuss the subject claim and obtain the Committee 's recommendation to the full Council to settle the matter; recommends Council accept the recommendation of Corporation Counsel to settle the claim in the amount of $14, 000 to Mr. & Mrs . John Walter Ah Hee on behalf of their minor son, Allen James Ah Hee.
